✧ Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom or Personalised Orders
• Full Eternity Bands
• Items on Sale

✧ If you wish to exchange your piece, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. We need some processing time to make a new piece, as mentioned on the product page. You have to contact us within 30 days of receiving the piece. The credit does not apply to future purchases, and the credit is limited to one exchange per piece.

✧ Please contact us before you send your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package and send it in a traceable courier—we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

✧ If you want to cancel your order within 48 hours of your order being placed. We will cancel it without any charges. Also, we will send an order confirmation email once we receive your order. If you were not able to reply within 48 hours, we will start the manufacturing process of your precious jewelry to deliver it on time. If you would like to cancel your order after 48 hours, then we will cancel it, but at this time, 20% of your order amount will be accrued as manufacturing costs.

✧ We highly recommend contacting our executive for the reason for the cancellation of your order. Maybe something is on your mind, and that's why you want to cancel the order, but you can talk with us. We assure you that all your queries will be solved within 24 hours of your message to our executives.

✧ Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

✧ If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
