Shipping policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from Aurous Fine Jewelry in the fastest time possible. All the orders are delivered free of cost to the customer's address with Express Shipping Services (UPS, FedEx, Aramex). As Aurous Fine Jewelry deals in custom Jewelry, any order will take a maximum of 2-3 weeks to make, and then it will be shipped. For international shipping, please give us 7-9 business days to reach your location. 

We fully insure each item for the final purchase price, from the time it is in transit until the time it arrives at its destination, and the recipient’s signature is required at the time of delivery. Please note Aurous Fine Jewelry cannot be held accountable for delays on the shipper's part due to severe weather or other unexpected conditions. Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

How do I track the status of my order?

You can log in to your account on the website and check the status of the order there. If you have selected our subscribe email then you will receive manufacturing and shipping notification to your email.
