Lifetime Warranty

• Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend you obtain insurance for your piece in the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or becoming damaged.
• Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace them with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary, depending on what we have available.
• Clients are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleanings, inspections, and repair work.
  Please Note: Clients are responsible for import fees and customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Please check with your customs office about any fees that may be associated with having us repair your piece.
• All repair work is free within the first two years of ownership (except the replacement of focal stones). After two years of ownership, we will charge a small labor fee and/or materials fee for your repair service, but your jewelry will always be considered under the warranty to avoid high charges.
• If you wear fine jewelry daily, a little wear and tear is normal. Our repair specialists will evaluate your piece. If you need repairs that go beyond what’s needed for normal wear and tear, we’ll let you know about the labor costs and material fees associated with your service.
• Please send your piece to us for repairs because we’re the most familiar with each design, and we’re specially trained to work with such delicate pieces.

Please Note: The warranty is void if you take your piece to another jeweler for resizing or repair work.

✧ If your ring does not fit, we offer free resizes. You just pay for shipping (From & To) charges. 

✧ Our current timeline for resizing requests is 1 week from the time we receive your ring.

✧ Ring sizing is not universal, but we are working on a standard ring size. We highly recommend getting the exact ring size. You can check your exact ring size from any local jewelry store, or you can contact our TEAM, who will guide you to get your ring size.

✧ While we have your ring for the resize, we’ll complete a full inspection. As part of our process, we'll automatically take care of any minor issues related to ordinary wear and tear. If we need to do any work that goes beyond that, we’ll send you an intake form. Then, with your approval, we'll re-perfect your ring.

✧ In some cases, we may simply exchange the original ring for an identical ring in your size instead of resizing it. Why? If either a) it would result in a faster turnaround time, or b) the integrity of the design would be affected. An exchange would only apply to bands that are plain gold and don’t feature any stones. And like all of our pieces, the swapped ring would be handcrafted from scratch. Of course, we’ll always contact you if we’d recommend that route.
Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways (and for international clients, that includes customs fees).

Please Note: If you chose the “Eternity Band” style option for your ring, resizing incurs a $100 fee (as opposed to our standard complimentary service). You will be required to email us to confirm your ring size before we can begin production on your piece.

✧ If you need a repair, please contact us at hello@aurousfinejewelry.com. But before you do, here are some important details you should know about how we do repairs:

• Our repair specialists write up an intake form that notes the current condition of the piece and any repair work that’s required. We’ll always send you a copy of that intake form so we’re all on the same page.
  
• After that, we’ll immediately get started on any work that’s covered under the warranty (without bugging you for approval). That may include the following:
      - Replacing or Resetting Stones
      - Replacing the Setting
      - Prong work or replacement
      - Replacing thinner areas of the band
      - Resizing the ring
• Please let us know before you send us your piece if 1) you don’t want us to do any or part of the above warranty-related work, or 2) you’d prefer to review and approve the scope of the work before we get started.
• If work needs to be done that goes beyond what the warranty covers, we’ll let you know. You’ll have the ability to opt out of those repairs at that point if you want.
• Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
• Our current timeline for repairs is 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your piece.
  

NOTE: If your piece needs a new stone, we can’t guarantee the replacement of limited-edition or one-of-a-kind stones. In the rare case that the exact stone isn’t available, we’ll follow up with you and get your approval on an alternative that matches.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDER

❖ Do you offer custom design?
✧ Yes, we do. You have to share your dream jewelry images with us, and we will create them for you.

❖ How does custom orders work?
✧ We will be pleased to receive the customized and personalized order. We have a simple procedure for customized orders, the steps are as follows...

1. Start a conversation with one of our jewelry designers about your customized design. They will help you in the design process of your jewelry, and if you have a specific design in your mind, send us a picture.
2. We will create a CAD (Computer-aided Design) of your jewelry and send it to you for confirmation. If you need any changes, you can let us know, and we will make changes according to your requirements.
3. Once the CAD is approved from your side. We will cut & Polish your Moissanite Diamond and start the jewelry manufacturing process.
4. When your jewelry is ready to ship, we will share the Images & Videos of your jewelry and then ship it with an international courier company.

❖ Can I customize an Aurous Fine Jewelry design?
✧ Yes, most of our designs can be customized to suit your taste and lifestyle. As an example, Moissanite can be replaced with Diamond, Sapphires, or Emeralds, and prong styles can be changed from traditional to claw. Simple design changes will add an extra minimal fee. If the ring design changes in a more significant way, like two rings put together, larger or smaller stones are required, a design element is added or removed, or if a design image is required, there will be additional charges, or the design may be considered custom at the designer's discretion. ❖ Can I order an Aurous Fine Jewelry design with any center stone size & shape?
✧ Yes, all of our designs are meant to be customized with your choice of center stone and metal! Most work well with center stone sizes from 0.30 carats to 8.0 carats, and in many shapes like oval, pear, brilliant, etc. Contact Us for center stone size & shape changes.

✧ No, we have our own manufacturing factory. All our Moissanite Diamonds are cut & polished by professional artisans of the Aurous Fine Jewelry Family. We have a team of gemologists who will inspect the diamonds before we set them in jewelry.

❖ Your Moissanite Diamonds Certified?
✧ Yes, all our Moissanite Diamonds are certified and tested by an International Laboratory. We give a physical authenticity certificate card of your diamond jewelry upon request. You must pay a $50 USD certification charge. You can also check the authenticity of diamonds from any International Laboratory in your country.

❖ Your Jewelry set in Solid Gold?
✧ Yes, all our Jewelry is made in Solid 10KT, 14KT, or 18KT Gold. The color of the gold can be chosen from White, Yellow, or Rose.

❖ Does your Jewelry come with a Metal Authenticity Stamp?
✧ Yes, all jewelry comes with metal authenticity stamps. Once your jewelry is ready to ship from our manufacturing unit, we will send it to the International hallmarking laboratory, where they will check the metal authenticity & stamp it.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

❖ How long will my Order Take?
✧ Each piece of our ethical fine jewelry is handmade especially for you, with love and care. Your beautiful piece of jewelry will be made in a maximum of 2 to 3 weeks, plus shipping time. Custom, customized, and engraved pieces will require additional time.

❖ Is rush order service available?
✧ Yes, we offer rush order service so that you will get your jewelry before the best moment of your life. You must pay $100 USD for rush order charges. Please contact our executives to get the exact manufacturing timing at hello@aurousfinejewelry.com.

❖ Do you ship internationally?
✧ Yes, we ship our jewelry all over the world.

❖ How do I track my order?
✧ Once we dispatch your jewelry from our manufacturing unit, we will update you with the tracking information so you can track your package. If you are facing any error in tracking your jewelry, please contact us at hello@aurousfinejewelry.com.

❖ Can I change my shipping address before the item ships?
✧ Yes, you can change the address before the item ships from our manufacturing facility by sending a direct message. Once the item is shipped out, you can't change it. We will not be responsible for any loss of the parcel that occurs due to a wrong address.

❖ Can I cancel my order before it ships?
✧ Well, yes, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of your order being placed. After that, we will start the manufacturing process. If you would like to cancel your order after 48 hours, then we will cancel it, but at this time, 10% of your order amount will be accrued as manufacturing costs & restocking fees.

✧ We highly recommend contacting our executive for the reason for the cancellation of your order. Maybe something is on your mind, and that's why you want to cancel the order, but you can talk with us. We assure you that all your queries will be solved within 24 hours of your message to our executives.

RETURN, RESIZE & REPAIR

❖ What is your Return & Refund Policy?
✧ We will accept returns and exchanges on most pieces. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 30 days of receipt. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. If you want to exchange your piece, we'll apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. Read our Return & Refund Policy HERE.

❖ Can I return a special or custom-made order?
✧ Custom-designed merchandise, class rings, and specially customized items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.

❖ The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. Can you resize it?
✧ Yes, absolutely. As long as it’s an Aurous Fine Jewelry piece (that is not an eternity band version of one of our designs), we will resize it for free.

If you chose the “Eternity Band” style option for your ring, resizing incurs a $100 fee (as opposed to our standard complimentary service). You will be required to email us to confirm your ring size before we can begin production on your piece.

✧ Yes, we ship our precious jewelry all around the world with Free Express Shipping Service. Our shipping partners (UPS, FedEx, etc.) will deliver your package to your doorstep with care.

❖ How do I measure my correct ring size?
✧ It's very important to know you're exact ring size before you purchase your diamond jewelry. You can check our blog, where we have mentioned how to measure the ring size.

❖ Do you offer engraving?
✧ Yes, we offer free engraving service on all our precious fine jewelry.

❖ Is it possible for me to pay using two different Credit Cards?
✧ Yes, you can pay using multiple credit cards. Contact our executives; they will guide you on how to pay using multiple credit cards.  

❖ Can I Buy a Setting Without Buying a Diamond?
✧ We do not sell only the setting. Our settings are made-to-order, with each one handcrafted for a center diamond with unique characteristics to ensure the quality of the finished piece. For this reason, we do not provide stand-alone settings or semi-mounts. Please let us know if we can assist you with selecting a center diamond.

❖ Do You Offer Payment Plans?
✧ Yes, we offer payment plans. You can make your payment in 3 different parts of your total amount.

First: 35% Payment, so we will start the CAD design process and confirm with you before starting the manufacturing process. If you need any changes, we will do so as per your request.

Second: Another 35% Payment. Now, we will start the cutting & polishing process of your diamond and send the video of your forever one diamond.

Third: The rest of the 30% Payment you have to pay before we ship your jewelry. Once your jewelry is ready to ship, we will share the images & video to confirm with you and ship with express courier service.

❖ Do you make men's jewelry?
✧ Yes, we do make men's jewelry on a customized order basis. Please send us an image, and we will recreate it for you.
